Daily Wisdom

Here’s the single greatest factor of my momentum this year??

Read and pass it on.

It’s been said that the more tranquil a man becomes, the greater his success, his influence and his power for good.

Calmness of mind is one of the beautiful jewels of wisdom.

This past year, my primary focus has been in answering a few focused questions:

Does this bring me peace?

Does this cultivate ease?

Does this bring me closer to what I want for my life and how I want to feel?

This requires you to define what you ACTUALLY want…

WHY you want it….

And then to take the action required to REMOVE the thoughts, feelings, patterns, beliefs, assumptions, people, places and endeavors that are a “no.”

It’s most often a conversation of subtraction, not addition.

I found my daily habits shifting.
My “yes” becoming more guarded.
My energy becoming more protected.
My circle getting smaller.

I can tell you that as I focused more on RELAXATION, my RELATIONSHIPS, RELEVANCY and REVENUE increased dramatically.

I’m not saying this is a conversation of everything being “easy.”

This is a conversation of controlling your mind and what influences you.

This is a conversation of controlling your thoughts toward a clear direction.

This is a conversation of protecting your thoughts by being incredibly intentional and unapologetic.

Some will get it, most won’t.

But that’s all part of it; letting go of what doesn’t bring you closer to peace….

Personal peace.
Relational peace.
Spiritual peace.
Physical peace.
Financial peace.

Often, we cultivate stress in our lives to confirm an idea that it has to be a certain way, feel a certain way and be exist in a particular paradigm.

I’d have you consider that a man who is not in control of his thoughts, feelings and emotions will all but lose control of his actions and will live in the frustration, excuses and despair of his uncontrolled ambitions.

This is why we daily ask the question:

“What needs to die in me to become the man I said I’d be?”
